Payment for the stay is collected in advance on the day of arrival. In case of cancellation during the stay, the fee for that day is non-refundable. If a guest does not show up by 18:00 on the day of the reservation, the hotel may charge one night's fee and charge the credit card.

The Kalchem pool at Hotel Kalchem in Brzozie is open daily from 9:00 to 21:00. The pool measures 15 × 5 m and is 1.35 m deep. The pool area also has a jacuzzi, a dry sauna and a steam sauna, a salt grotto and a separate paddling pool for the little ones. Aqua aerobics classes are held here too.

The pool is used by hotel guests (room options "+ Pool") and by visitors. After a swim you can relax on the loungers in the relaxation area or eat in the hotel restaurant.
